In-year applications are made through the Surrey Admissions website at www.surreycc.gov.uk/admissions.

For in-year admission you must apply on Surrey’s Centrally Managed Application form, details of which can be found here. A paper copy of the application form can be provided where necessary.
Admissions Policies and Supplementary Information Forms
Please see below our Admissions Policies for the academic years 2023-24, 2024-25 and for entry in September 2025. If applying under the Criteria of ‘Regular Worshipper’, a Supplementary Information Form must be submitted at the same time as the CMA application form. For applications under the Criteria of ‘Children of Staff’ for September 2025 entry, a Supplementary Information Form will need to be submitted with the CMA application form. You will find this form within the Admissions Policy.
Timescales
We aim to notify Parents/Carers of the outcome of their application in writing within 10-15 school days. Where the school is oversubscribed and cannot offer a place, the applicant can stay on our waiting list for the remainder of the academic year if required. Should the applicant wish to apply for a place in the next academic year, a new application form must be submitted to Surrey Admissions.
Right of Appeal
Appeals resulting from in-year applications should be heard within 30 school days of being lodged. For more information on timescales and process please refer to the Guidance Notes

Appeals are now being heard on a face to face basis, if you have difficulties attending please contact the School Appeals Service.
Appeals for September 2024 resulting from year of entry or transfer applications:

NB: Appeals will not start being heard until after the relevant closing date has passed.
Appeals lodged after these dates will be heard within 40 school days of the appeal deadline or 30 school days of being lodged, whichever is the later date.
Appellants will be sent notification of their appeal hearing at least 10 clear school days in advance of the hearing. Appellants will be sent a copy of the school’s case 7 clear working days in advance of the hearing.
Appellants must ensure that any further evidence not included with their initial appeal, is received by 5pm on the day notified in the letter with details of the hearing. Any additional evidence or information received after this date might not be considered at the appeal hearing.

Appeals resulting from in year admission applications will be heard within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged.
